My Item Arrived Damaged
Occasionally our planners can get damaged whilst shipping. Don't worry, send us a message with your order number and we can get a replacement sent out to you immediately.
Can I get a discount for a large order?
If you are a wedding professional, hotel or venue, we can offer bulk discounts for quantity orders. Send us a message (right) and our trade team will be in touch.
Can I get 1:1 professional wedding planning support
Due to the large volume of requests we receive this sadly isn't something we can support with. We will soon be launching a directory of professional wedding planners whom will be able to support your on your wedding journey.
Will you be offering your planners in any new languages soon?
Yes :o) we are currently developing our Spanish and Italian Planners and of course there will be more soon!
Can I purchase your item in any stores?
We are currently 'online-only' which is how we are able to offer our planners for such fantastic prices. However we can ship to any country in the world. Get in touch if you need additional support

Can You Offer Priority Shipping?
Yes we can. We offer priority shipping to the USA, Canada and Europe. All other services are available on a standard delivery service.
Do You Offer Gift Wrap?
Unfortunately due to the high volume of orders that we get we cannot yet offer this service.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Standard Delivery: 2 - 6 days
Priority Delivery: 1 - 3 days
